Downtown Grayslake

Vendor Spaces Now Available!

The Mini Market gives local makers, creators and small businesses a place to sell inside a downtown Grayslake storefront — without the cost or commitment of opening one of their own.

Create your space, stock your products, and we take care of the storefront and day-to-day sales.

Your products. Your brand. Your space.

Understand our vision.

The Mini Market was created to give local makers and small businesses something in between a weekend market and opening a storefront of their own. We’re bringing a collection of unique local businesses together in one permanent Downtown Grayslake destination, giving vendors an affordable way to build their brand, reach new customers, and become part of the downtown community.

We believe small businesses are stronger when they grow together.

Be Part of The Mini Market

The Mini Market opens this October in Downtown Grayslake, and we’re now selecting the local makers, boutiques and small businesses that will make up our opening collection. We’re intentionally keeping the market curated and the number of vendor spaces limited—creating a destination where every business has a chance to stand out. If you’ve been looking for a way to put your products in a permanent downtown storefront without the expense of opening one yourself, this is your opportunity to get in from the beginning.

Vendor space is limited. Request your Vendor Package to get started.

Ready to Learn More?

We’re building The Mini Market thoughtfully, with a curated mix of businesses that complement one another and give customers a reason to keep coming back. Requesting a Vendor Package is the first step in our onboarding process and doesn’t commit you to a space. It gives us a chance to learn about your business—and gives you everything you need to decide if The Mini Market is the right fit.

What happens next:

  • Request your Vendor Package — Tell us a little about your business and what you sell.

  • Review the details — We’ll send you our vendor package with available space options, pricing, what’s included, and vendor expectations.

  • Choose your space — If it feels like a good fit, we’ll work with you to select the best available space for your business.

  • Reserve & get ready — Complete your vendor agreement, reserve your space, and we’ll provide everything you need to prepare for opening.

  • Opening October 2026 — Vendor space is limited and spaces will be assigned as businesses are approved.
